RADON INSPECTION
Radon (per EPA Specs) Continuous Electronic Monitor is used. House should be closed twelve (12) hours prior to and during test. Test devices must be left undisturbed for a minimum of 2 days. We use monitor in lowest livable level of the home following EPA protocols.

Wood destroying insect report is supplied. Inspection is done for termites, carpenter ants and powder post beetles.
