Jay Womack is the company President and ASHI Inspector. Jay was employed in the Cleveland building trades for 13 years prior to opening American Building Inspections, Inc. He is a CertifiedMember of the American Society of Home Inspectors and one of eight Ohio home inspectors in the prestigious Inspectors5000 Plus Group. Jay also is a Certified Property Maintenance &Housing Inspector of International Code Council. He has over 30 years in residential and commercial construction. His tenure has included involvement in numerous construction projects including Tower City, Perry Nuclear Power Plant and The Society Center.
Jay has been a guest speaker at many Northeast Ohio real estate firms and home buyer seminars where he is pleased to share his experience on the value of home inspections.
